Standing Up to Big Oil
Another Global Climate Strike to end the era of fossil fuels happened September 20. https://fridaysforfutureusa.org/sept-20/
On September 21 Ben Jealous, executive director of the Sierra Club, former president and CEO of the NAACP, and a Monterey County native, will not be speaking at the 52nd Annual NAACP Monterey County Life Membership Banquet. Instead, he is standing up to big oil.
