Focus the Region: Economics of Sustainability
February 16 at California State University Monterey Bay, 4th Annual Focus the Region Conference: Participants will learn about some actions local businesses and organizations are taking to make a positive impact on climate change, including via the HER Helmet Thursdays project.

Future of Bikeways session includes:
- Megan Tolbert, Transportation Planner for CSUMB, talking about the Bike Boulevard Plan and CSUMB Bike Resources;
- Kaki Cheung, Transportation Planner for the Transportation Agency for Monterey County (TAMC), addressing county bikeways and safe cycling;
- Mari Lynch, on HER Helmet Thursdays and other Bicycling Monterey projects.
