The Monterey County Commission on the Status of Women has named ten Outstanding Women of Monterey County for 2015. The public is invited to a March 22, 2-4 p.m. ceremony and reception honoring these Outstanding Women. Among the many contributions each of these women has made, Bicycling Monterey especially wants to recognize two individuals.
