Salinas Police: Education avoids citations — e-bikes and more

If you follow @BikeMonterey on Mastodon, you catch posts such as this, thanks to Ricardo Tovar’s Sept. 3 report for KSBW: “Salinas police will host a community e-bike safety presentation Sept. 30 [2026] at 6 p.m. at the Salinas Police Department. The presentation will cover e-bike and e-dirt bike laws, safety concerns and parents’ responsibilities. A Spanish-language version will be held Oct. 2 at 6 p.m. at the police department.”
