Throughout the Bicycling Monterey website, our thousands of original photos showing people biking in many Monterey County include many visitors who are touring by bicycle.

This mother and son below, from Australia, met Bicycling Monterey’s founder in downtown Monterey on July 9, 2016. They appreciated her answering questions about biking in Monterey County, in neighboring Santa Cruz County, and more. They were also glad to learn that Bicycling Monterey’s bicycle maps section includes links to maps for other parts of California too, since they were also biking to Fort Bragg and other points north.
