California Coastal Commission – bike advocacy
“Hello everyone, my name is Devon Jackson and I’m a Senior Transportation, Access, and Mobility Planner working out of the California Coastal Commission’s Central Coast District Office in Santa Cruz. After recently attending the 2026 California Bicycle Summit, it’s my intention to form better relationships with local bicycle advocates so that their recommendations can help guide project planning along the coast.

Devon bikes streets in Monterey, San Luis Obispo, and Santa Cruz counties and will appreciate your input about those streets.
